You can find here svgfonts.zip, a zip file containing SVG versions of most of the CM TeX fonts generated at 10pt (1.74 Mbytes).
Also present in the zip file are the Perl script to generate SVG instances (as described in a TUGBoat article, to be published, the LaTeX source is here) and the XSLT stylesheets to include the fonts inside SVG images created with pstoedit (also explained in the article).
